According to IMF's Regional Economic Outlook for 2024 (https://lnkd.in/e5J9GS5Y), Sub-Saharan Africa is poised to register economic growth rates of 3.8 % and 4.0 % in 2024 and 2025 respectively.
In this context, our post compared the GDP annual growth rates of a few select African countries(1999-2023).
According to the World Bank, Rwanda had the highest GDP growth in 2023 at 8.24%. Kenya registered an annual growth rate of 5.43% during the same year.
